Returns/Cancellations

Return Policy

Did you receive an item that doesn’t fit or otherwise rubs you the wrong way? Not to worry, most of our items can be returned within 15 days provided they are in new condition.

We offer you 15 days from the delivery date to return a product for a refund. The item must be in new re-sellable condition and must be free of all hair, dirt, stains, soil or discoloration. In addition, if the item arrived with packaging, documentation, parts or accessories, they too must be included in the return and must be in new condition.

If you return an item that is not in new condition we will not process your return. You will be notified that the item has been received and cannot be accepted. We will hold the item for 10 days in the event you wish to arrange for pickup. We cannot by any circumstances arrange for return shipment.

To return a product you must first contact Next Day Pets Customer Support via the internet, email or phone and receive a Return Authorization. Items received without authorization will be returned to sender. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions to return the product. Once we receive the product at our warehouse we will credit your account for the price of the product less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. In the event we receive a returned item that has not been approved or is returned without an RMA number, NextDayPets.com will charge a $5 processing fee in addition to shipping fees to and from NextDayPets.com warehouses and the delivery address. This also applies for items that are refused or canceled without confirmation from NextDayPets.com.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse you can expect a refund within 7 Days. We will notify you via email once we receive the product. Please understand that often times the refund will not reflect on your credit card until the next billing cycle – this is normally due to your bank and not something we can control.

If you received free shipping and return an item that lowers you below the “free shipping” threshold, you will be charged for the shipping tier based on the new order total.

If you receive an order that is the result of a mistake we made, we will gladly allow you to return the package without any fees or shipping charges.

What Items Cannot Be Returned, Exchanged, or Refunded?

Dog Houses and some other oversized items may not qualify for a return. Others may be returned for an additional restocking fee. Contact us for specific questions about oversized products

Items that are customized, personalized, monogrammed or are otherwise considered "special orders" are not accepted. Items returned with a value of $100 or more must be shipped using a trackable method and should be insured. We reserve the right to charge an additional restocking fee on some jewelry. Jewelry that has been altered or adjusted cannot be returned.

The following Items may not be returned under any circumstances: Puppy Packs, ear rings, necklaces, prescription medicine, non-prescription medicine, clippers, blades, combs, damaged items, clearance items.

If an item is damaged in shipping, we cannot accept a return. If the item has arrived damaged, you have 24 hours to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you need help, please contact our customer service team via the home page of our Help Center.
