Return Instructions

1. Ensure the product is in new, re-sellable condition. It must be free of dirt, hair, stains, soil, and discoloration.
2. Contact our expert Customer Service Team via the home page of our Help Center.
3. Receive return authorization, RMA number, and instructions for return.
4. Re-package the product including any packaging, documentation, parts, or accessories originally sent with the product.
5. Return the product according to instructions received from Customer Service.
6. You will be notified via email when we receive the product. You will receive your refund within 7 days. (Please understand that often, your refund will not reflect on your credit card until the next billing cycle.)
