If your pet is close to the top of the measurement range provided, go for the larger size. if you have a puppy or kitten, go with the measurements of a full size breed or largest breed in your pet's mix. You want your pet to be able to walk in, turn around and curl up for a nice nap or chew time with their favorite toy.
